2. Description of Services
The hotel offers double rooms with private bathrooms, equipped with air conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi.

3. Rates and Taxes
• Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding the tourist tax.
• Rates include only the services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.
• The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €5.53 per night per adult.
4. Reservations and Payment
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by a deposit.
• The balance for the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policies
• Policies vary depending on the selected rate and are specified at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise specified, cancellations are free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.
• After this deadline or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
6. Check-in and Check-out
• Rooms are available starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
• In the event of a late arrival, the guest must notify the hotel.
7. House Rules
• The hotel is entirely smoke-free.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests agree to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.
8. Theft, Damage, and Missing Items
• The guest is responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of items belonging to the hotel (e.g., hair dryer, doorstop, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) discovered during or after their stay.
• The hotel may:
o After notifying the guest, charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the authorization given upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
o Require full reimbursement for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.
9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.
